How to get a GoCard
A simple guide to help you travel around Queensland using buses, trains and ferries.
Choose Your Card Type
- Adult Card - for most people
- Concession Card - for Centrelink card holders, students, or asylum seekers
- Senior Card - for Seniors Card holders
- Child Card - for kids aged 5 to 14

How much is the Deposit
- $10 for Adults
- $5 for Concession, Child, or Senior
How to Use the GoCard
- Tap On - Hold the card to the card reader before you get on
- Tap Off - Hold it the card reader when you get off
