Tips
Bring a support person if it helps you feel more comfortable. Ask staff to speak slowly or explain things clearly. If you feel overwhelmed, request a quiet space - most TMR offices can provide one. Don’t worry if you don’t have current ID or if your documents have expired. Staff will not judge you. If your documents were lost, stolen, or taken, ask for help - support is available.
